Charge Master - move from Selected to Avail
NOTE: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Settings > Fees tab in ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions.
This will happen when you have moved insurance plans and doctors from Available to Selected. You have created a 'Custom" Charge Master and so it only wants to pull for those Selected Insurance plans and doctors.
You have two options:
1) Create another chargemaster with everything over to the left, Under Available.
2) Move all Insurance Plans from the Right 'Selected' to the Left 'Available'
Here are the steps to move your Insurance plans added from Selected to Available.
- Go to the Settings tab
- Click on Fees sub-tab
- Under Charge Masters, click the Edit/View option
- Click on the ChargeMaster Listed and click Next
- Click Next again
- Now in the boxes below, use the double arrows to move all your insurance plans to the left as "Available"
- Click the Save & Next Button
- Click Finish
Close and launch a new session of the Billing applet. Going forward all insurance plans will have the fees assigned from the ChargeMaster.
