Change Claim Status Button

Change Claim Status Button

You can manually update the status of your EDI Rejection claim to Submitted by Mail using the following steps:

Double-click on the EDI Rejection Bucket
Double-click on the claim you need to update
In the upper-right corner click the button "Change Claim Status"
In the box that appears change the drop down box to "Submitted by Mail"
Click the OK button
