Assistance/Re-setting Password for Change Healthcare Patient Payment Portal

Please see below for the contact information for initial password reset with the vendor, Change Healthcare regarding your Admin Portal for the Change Healthcare SmartPay service.  PBPS Support’s direct callback no. – (877)-334-8608. Once the password is set to temporary, the user is capable of resetting the password to new from their end.
