NOTE: You must be an "Account Manager" user in ProviderSuite to perform this task. If you do not have access to the Setup tab in the ProviderSuite, please forward these instructions to another user with Account Manager permissions.
This CPT code has been added to the available list of CPT codes in the account setup. Please follow these steps to add to your practice.
Go to the Settings Tab
Click on CPT
On the left use the filter under Available CPTS
Enter XXXXX in From and XXXXX in the To boxes
Click the Filter button
Click on the CPT to select and click the > to move to your Accout CPTs
Make sure to click the Update button in the right side under Account CPTs
If Billing Manager is open, be sure to Update Cache or close and re-open Billing Manager.
