Account Data Export Service
When deactivating a ProviderSuite account, you may wish to keep certain data such as Patient Demographics or Unpaid Claims. In addition to the standard reports that you can generate and save to your local computer, PracticeAdmin offers an optional Data Export Service.
Our professional services team will generate a set of data files for the account that includes:
- Patient Demographics
- Claim Details for pending claims (paid claims can also be included for an additional fee)
- Appointments
- Providers (regular and referring)
- Insurance Plans
- Workers’ Comp Plans
- Employers
The data is extracted into a Microsoft Excel file and can be delivered electronically or dowloaded from our SFTP.

Note:
PracticeAdmin does not retain data for deactivated accounts. Thirty days after an account is deactivated, that account is added to the queue for permanent deletion. Once deleted, the data can not be recovered. If you need a need a copy of the data to comply with state or federal medical record retention regulations, it is your responsibility to run the standard reports and save them to your local computer prior to deactivation or to contact
sales@practiceadmin.com to order a data export prior to the deactivation effective date.
